Every project is scoped before work starts. You know what's delivered and when, before any commitment.
50% upfront, 50% on delivery
One-time projects split 50/50. Ongoing work is scoped and quoted separately before it starts.
Scope changes are quoted
Small tweaks are included. Larger changes get a change order agreed before the extra work begins.
